Getting started with Aviso

In this guide, you will learn how to set up your Aviso account and start using its features for predictive deal forecasting. By the end, you will be able to analyse your sales performance and gain insights to improve your closing rates.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to aviso.com.
  2. Click on the “Get Started” button on the homepage.
  3. Fill in your details in the sign-up form, including your name, email, and company information.
  4. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to verify your account.
  5. Log in to your new Aviso account.

Step 2: Your first predictive deal forecast

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the “Deals” tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on “Add Deal” to input a new opportunity.
  3. Fill in the required fields, including deal name, value, expected close date, and stage.
  4. Click “Save” to add the deal to your pipeline.
  5. Navigate to the “Forecast” tab to view predictions based on your entered data. Aviso will analyse historical data and provide you with a probability percentage for closing the deal.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Regularly update your deal stages and values to ensure accurate forecasting.
  2. Check the “Insights” section for detailed reports and analysis on your deals.
  3. Use the “Next Steps” feature to receive actionable recommendations tailored to your sales process.
  4. Integrate Aviso with your CRM (if supported) for automatic data syncing, which saves time on manual entries.

Pro tip

Take advantage of the “Custom Alerts” feature in the settings. Set alerts for key milestones or changes in deal status to stay on top of your sales pipeline without constantly checking the platform.

Common mistake to avoid
