Step 3: Get better results

  2. Set triggers based on actions (like email opens or link clicks) to send targeted follow-up emails.
  3. Regularly review your campaign performance under the Reports section to see open rates, click rates, and other metrics. Adjust your content and strategy accordingly.

Pro tip

Use the A/B Testing feature found in the campaign creation process. This allows you to test different subject lines or email content to see which performs better, saving you time in determining the most effective approach.

Common mistake to avoid

Many beginners forget to segment their audience. Always create targeted lists based on customer behaviour or preferences to ensure your emails are relevant and engaging. Avoid sending the same message to your entire list.
