Getting started with Creatify

In this guide, you'll learn how to use Creatify to create stunning product photography for your e-commerce business. By the end, you'll be able to upload your images, choose backgrounds, and generate professional-looking photos without needing a studio.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Go to creatify.ai.
2. Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
3. Fill in your details or sign up using Google or Facebook.
4. Verify your email if prompted.
5. Once logged in, familiarise yourself with the dashboard.

Step 2: Your first product image

1. On the dashboard, click on Create New Project.
2. Choose Upload Images and select the product photos you want to enhance.
3. After the upload, click on Choose Scene to browse pre-set scenes and backgrounds.
4. Select a scene that fits your product style and click Apply.
5. Adjust any settings such as lighting or shadows if needed, then click Generate Image.
6. Wait for the AI to process, and once done, you can download your enhanced image by clicking the Download button.

Step 3: Get better results

1. Experiment with different scenes and backgrounds to see what works best for your product.
2. Use the Preview feature before finalising to see how changes affect your image.
3. Consider using high-quality original images for better output.
4. Adjust the Aspect Ratio settings if your product requires specific dimensions for your e-commerce platform.

Pro tip

Take advantage of the Batch Upload feature if you have multiple products. This saves you time by allowing you to upload and process several images at once.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid using low-resolution images when uploading. This can lead to poor-quality outputs that won’t look professional on your e-commerce site. Always start with the highest quality images you have.
