Getting started with Creatio
In this guide, you will learn how to set up your account and create your first workflow in Creatio, a no-code CRM platform that streamlines customer relationship management and automates processes using AI. By the end, you'll be ready to customise your pipelines with ease.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Creatio's website.
- Click on the Get Started for Free button on the homepage.
- Fill in the required fields: your name, email address, and password, then click Sign Up.
- Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
- Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your initial setup, including selecting your role (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
Step 2: Your first workflow
- On the Creatio dashboard, click on Process Library in the left sidebar.
- Select Create Process from the top right corner.
- Choose a template that fits your needs (e.g., Lead Management).
- Drag and drop elements from the toolbox on the left to build your workflow. For instance, add a Start Event, Task, and End Event.
- Configure each element by clicking on it and filling in the properties panel that appears on the right.
- Once finished, click Save and then Activate to put your workflow into action.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the Advanced Settings when creating tasks to set up notifications or assign tasks to team members.
- Incorporate AI features by selecting the AI Assistant option to enhance decision-making in your workflows.
- Regularly review your workflows in the Process Analytics section to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
