Getting started with CreatorIQ

In this guide, you will learn how to set up your CreatorIQ account and discover influencers that align with your brand's ethos. After completing these steps, you'll be ready to start your influencer marketing campaign efficiently.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to creatoriq.com.
  2. Click on the "Get Started" button located at the top right of the homepage.
  3. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and company details.
  4. Select a subscription plan that suits your needs (note that CreatorIQ is a paid service).
  5. After signing up, check your email for a confirmation link and click it to activate your account.
  1. Log in to your CreatorIQ account.
  2. Navigate to the "Discover" tab in the main menu.
  3. Use the search bar to enter keywords related to your brand or target audience.
  4. Apply filters on the left side, such as "Location," "Audience Demographics," and "Engagement Rates" to refine your results.
  5. Click on an influencer profile that interests you to view their statistics, audience insights, and previous collaborations.
  6. Save potential influencers by clicking the "Save to List" button for easy access later.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Experiment with the visual search feature by clicking on the "Visual Search" button under the "Discover" tab. Upload an image that represents your brand or product.
  2. Use advanced filters to narrow down your search even further, such as by "Content Type" (e.g., video, image) or "Brand Affinity."
  3. Regularly check the "Trends" section to stay updated on emerging influencers and changing audience preferences.

Pro tip

Use the "Saved Lists" feature to organise influencers by campaign or objective. This saves time when you need to revisit potential collaborators for different marketing strategies.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid relying solely on follower counts when selecting influencers. Engagement rates and audience demographics are often more indicative of an influencer's potential impact on your campaign. Always review the full profile insights before making a decision.
