Getting started with Crescendo AI
In this guide, you'll learn how to set up Crescendo AI for your customer support needs and manage your first AI-driven conversation with human oversight. By the end, you'll be ready to enhance your customer service experience effectively.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Visit Crescendo AI.
- Click on the “Get Started” button on the homepage.
- Fill in the required information (name, email, password) and click “Sign Up”.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your account and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your business profile.
Step 2: Your first conversation
- Once logged in, navigate to the “Conversations” tab in the left menu.
- Click on “New Conversation”.
- Choose a template from the options provided or start with a blank conversation.
- Enter the initial customer query you want the AI to respond to.
- Click “Generate Response” to let Crescendo AI create a reply.
- Review the AI-generated response and make any necessary edits.
- Click “Send” to respond to the customer.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the “Training” section to provide feedback on AI responses. This helps the model learn and improve.
- Experiment with different templates for various types of queries, such as FAQs or product support.
- Set up human oversight by assigning team members to review AI responses before they are sent out.
- Regularly update your knowledge base within the “Settings” tab to keep the AI informed of new products or policies.
