Getting started with Enago Read
In this guide, you'll learn how to set up your Enago Read account and start discovering relevant literature for your research. By the end, you'll be able to find and organise academic papers efficiently.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Enago Read.
- Click on the Sign Up button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google account by clicking the Continue with Google button.
- After signing up, confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your new account.
Step 2: Your first literature search
- Once logged in, you'll land on the dashboard. Click on the Discover tab in the left menu.
- Use the search bar at the top to enter keywords related to your research topic.
- Browse through the list of suggested papers. Click on any paper title to view its details.
- To save a paper for later, click the Save button next to the title. This will add it to your Library.
- Access your saved papers by clicking on the Library tab in the left menu.
Step 3: Get better results
- To refine your search, use the filters on the left side of the Discover page. You can filter by publication date, relevance, or specific journals.
- Consider adding tags to your saved papers by clicking the Add Tags button in your Library. This will help you organise your resources effectively.
- Regularly check the Recommendations section under the Discover tab for new papers that match your reading habits.
