A practical guide to get you up and running with FeedHive. Written by Delv Editorial, Delv Team.

Getting started with FeedHive

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up FeedHive and create your first social media post with engagement predictions. By the end, you'll be able to optimise your posts for better performance and save time managing your social media.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to FeedHive's website.
  2. Click on the Get Started button on the homepage.
  3. Choose the Creator plan to start your 7-day free trial.
  4. Fill in your details and create an account.
  5. Once logged in, connect your social media accounts by navigating to the Accounts tab in the left sidebar and clicking on Connect Account for each platform you want to use.

Step 2: Your first post

  1. Click on the Create Post button in the top right corner.
  2. Select the social media account where you want to publish the post.
  3. Write your post in the text box. You can add images or videos using the Upload button.
  4. Once your content is ready, click on Predict Engagement to see how well your post is likely to perform.
  5. Review the suggestions provided by FeedHive and make any necessary adjustments.
  6. When satisfied, click Schedule Post to choose your preferred time or Publish Now to post immediately.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the Post Insights feature found under the Analytics tab to evaluate your previous posts’ performance.
  2. Experiment with different types of content (e.g., images, videos, polls) to see which garners more engagement.
  3. Regularly recycle your best-performing evergreen content by going to the Evergreen section and selecting posts to repost.

Pro tip

Use the Bulk Upload feature to schedule multiple posts at once. This saves time compared to creating each post individually.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid skipping the engagement prediction step. Many users publish posts without checking the predicted performance, missing out on valuable insights that could improve engagement. Always review the suggestions before finalising your posts.
