Getting started with Highspot

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to Highspot's website.
  2. Click on the Get Started button in the top right corner.
  3. Fill in your details in the sign-up form and create your account.
  4. Once registered, follow the prompts to set up your profile and connect with your team.
  1. Log in to your Highspot account.
  2. On the main dashboard, locate the Search bar at the top.
  3. Enter keywords related to the content you need (e.g., "product brochure").
  4. Use the filters on the left side to narrow results by type (e.g., documents, videos) or by audience.
  5. Click on the desired content to view or download it.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Familiarise yourself with the Collections feature on the left sidebar. Here, you can find pre-organised content tailored for specific use cases or buyer personas.
  2. Use the Insights tab to check which materials are performing well and trending within your team.
  3. Create your own collections by clicking on the + New Collection button, allowing you to save frequently used resources for quick access.

Pro tip

Use the "Save Search" feature after performing a search. This allows you to quickly revisit the same search parameters in the future, saving you time in locating the same content again.
