After reading this guide, you’ll be able to set up your Iconosquare account, analyse your social media performance, and schedule posts efficiently across multiple platforms.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to Iconosquare.
  2. Click on the "Get Started" button on the homepage.
  3. Choose a plan; you can start with the free trial if available.
  4. Fill in your email address and create a password, then click "Create Account".
  5. Follow the prompts to connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Step 2: Your first analysis

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Dashboard".
  2. Select a social media account from the left-hand menu.
  3. Review the key metrics displayed, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and post performance.
  4. Click on "Insights" to explore detailed analytics, including story engagement and hashtag effectiveness.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the "Schedule" tab to plan your posts. Click on "Create Post", select your platform, and upload your media.
  2. Write your caption and add relevant hashtags.
  3. Set a date and time for posting and click "Schedule Post".
  4. To improve your analytics, regularly check the "Competitors" section to compare your performance against similar accounts.
