Getting started with Ivo
In this guide, you will learn how to set up Ivo, upload your legal agreements, and extract key information efficiently. By the end, you’ll be able to manage your contracts with ease.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Ivo's website.
- Click on the "Get Started" button located on the top right corner.
- Fill in your details to create an account. You may need to verify your email address.
- Once verified, log in to your account.
Step 2: Your first contract upload
- From the dashboard, click on the "Upload Contract" button prominently displayed.
- Select the file you wish to upload (Ivo supports various formats like PDF and DOCX).
- After the upload is complete, click on the "Analyse" button to allow Ivo to process the document.
- Once analysis is finished, you will see a summary of key terms and obligations on your screen. You can click on individual items for more details.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the "Filter" options on the left sidebar to organise contracts by categories such as "Due Dates" or "Obligations".
- Make use of the "Search" bar at the top to quickly find specific terms or clauses.
- Set up alerts for important dates by clicking on the "Notifications" tab in your settings.
