Getting started with Kittl

In this guide, you'll learn how to create stunning designs for logos, t-shirts, and posters using Kittl's AI-powered features. By the end, you’ll be able to produce professional-quality graphics quickly and easily.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to Kittl's website.
  2. Click on the "Get Started for Free" button on the homepage.
  3. Fill in your email and create a password, or sign up using Google or Facebook.
  4. Confirm your email address through the link sent to your inbox.
  5. Once logged in, you’ll see the dashboard with various design options.

Step 2: Your first design

  1. From the dashboard, click on "Create New Design".
  2. Choose a template category, such as "Logo" or "T-shirt".
  3. Browse through the templates and select one that you like by clicking on it.
  4. Use the left sidebar to customise your design. You can change text by clicking on it and typing your own.
  5. To add images, click on "Elements" in the sidebar and search for graphics to include.
  6. Once you’re happy with your design, click the "Download" button in the top right corner to save your work.

Step 3: Get better results

  • Use the "AI Generate" feature in the left sidebar to create unique graphics. Input a prompt describing what you need (e.g., "modern logo for a coffee shop") and see what Kittl generates.
  • Adjust the "Vector Editing" settings for finer control over your design elements. You can select each element and adjust colours, sizes, and positions.
  • Explore the "Styles" tab to apply different visual styles to your design with one click.

Pro tip

To save time, use the "Duplicate" feature found in the top menu. This allows you to create variations of a design without starting from scratch.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid rushing through the template selection. Many beginners skip this step and end up with designs that don’t fit their vision. Take a moment to explore and choose a template that resonates with your brand or concept.
