Getting started with Maestra

After reading this guide, you'll be able to quickly transcribe, translate, subtitle, or dub audio and video content using Maestra’s user-friendly interface.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Visit maestra.ai.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
3. Choose to sign up using your email or a social media account.
4. Verify your email address if prompted.
5. Once logged in, you'll be taken to the dashboard where you can start your projects.

Step 2: Your first transcription

1. On the dashboard, click the "Upload" button.
2. Select the audio or video file you want to transcribe (ensure it’s under the size limit).
3. Choose the language of the audio from the dropdown menu.
4. Click "Start Transcription."
5. Wait a few moments for the processing to complete; you’ll receive a notification when it’s done.
6. Once ready, click on the file to view the transcription. You can edit any inaccuracies directly in the text editor.

Step 3: Get better results

• To improve accuracy, ensure your audio is clear and free of background noise before uploading.
• Use the "Settings" option to select the transcription style (e.g., verbatim or clean).
• For translations, after transcription, click the "Translate" button and select your target language from the dropdown.
