Step 3: Get better results

  • Experiment with different subject lines using the AI Content feature to see what resonates with your audience.
  • Use the Automation tab to set up automated workflows for welcome emails or follow-ups. Click Create workflow, choose a trigger (like subscriber joins), and add actions (like sending an email).
  • Monitor your campaign results by checking the Reports tab to see open rates, clicks, and other metrics.

Pro tip

Use the A/B testing feature when sending campaigns. This allows you to test different subject lines or content with a small segment of your audience before sending the best-performing option to the rest.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid skipping the audience segmentation step. Sending emails to a targeted group significantly increases engagement rates compared to sending to your entire list. Always ensure your audience is relevant to the campaign content.
