  4. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
  5. Log in to your new account.

Step 2: Your first sales content upload

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Content" section in the main menu.
  2. Click on "Upload Content" to add your sales materials (e.g., presentations, brochures).
  3. Select the files you want to upload from your computer and click "Open."
  4. Fill in the required metadata for each file, such as title, description, and tags, to make it easier to search later.
  5. Hit "Save" to complete the upload.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the "Analytics" tab to review engagement metrics for your uploaded content. This will show you which materials are performing well.
  2. Set up alerts for content performance by clicking on the "Alerts" option under "Settings." This will notify you of significant changes in engagement.
  3. Regularly review the "Intelligence360" tool for advanced forecasting insights on your sales pipeline. Access it from the dashboard.

Pro tip

Use the tagging feature when uploading content to organise materials by type or campaign. This will save you time when searching for specific documents later.

Common mistake to avoid

Don’t skip filling out the metadata when uploading content. Incomplete information can make it difficult to find your materials later, reducing the effectiveness of your content management.
