Getting started with Moises

With Moises, you can easily remove vocals, separate musical stems, and master tracks using AI. This guide will help you get set up quickly so you can start manipulating your audio files in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to moises.ai.
  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
  3. Choose to sign up using your email or a social media account (Google or Facebook).
  4. If you choose email, fill in your details and click "Create Account".
  5. Once registered, log in to your account.

Step 2: Your first audio track

  1. On the dashboard, click the "Upload" button.
  2. Select an audio file from your computer (supported formats include MP3, WAV, etc.).
  3. After the upload is complete, you will see your track listed. Click on it to open the editing interface.
  4. To remove vocals, click on the "Vocal Remover" option. The AI will process your track for a few seconds.
  5. Once processing is done, you can listen to the results. If satisfied, click "Download" to save the new version.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. For stem separation, click on the "Separate Stems" option after uploading your track.
  2. Select which stems you want to isolate (e.g., vocals, drums, bass, or others).
  3. Adjust the volume sliders for each stem to balance the mix according to your preference.
  4. Use the "Mastering" feature to enhance the overall sound quality. Click "Master" and choose your preferred settings.
  5. Always preview your changes before downloading.

Pro tip

To save time, use the "Batch Upload" feature if you have multiple tracks. This allows you to upload and process several files simultaneously, streamlining your workflow.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid uploading tracks that are longer than 10 minutes if you're using the free tier, as this can lead to processing errors. Stick to shorter tracks for smoother results.
