Getting started with Paradox
In this guide, you'll learn how to set up Paradox and automate your recruitment process using Olivia, the AI assistant. By the end, you'll be able to manage candidate communications and scheduling efficiently.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Paradox's website.
- Click on the "Get Started" button at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Fill in your details to create an account. If available, opt for any free trial or demo to explore the platform.
- Once registered, log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your company profile.
Step 2: Your first recruitment task
- After logging in, navigate to the dashboard.
- Click on "Create New Job" from the main menu.
- Enter the job title, description, and requirements in the provided fields.
- Select the "Use Olivia" option to enable the AI assistant for this job.
- Set up screening questions by clicking on "Screening Questions" and adding relevant queries.
- Click "Publish" to post the job and activate candidate interactions with Olivia.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the "Candidate Engagement" feature to customise the conversation flow Olivia will use with applicants.
- Set specific keywords or phrases that Olivia should respond to, enhancing her ability to qualify candidates.
- Regularly review the "Analytics" section to monitor candidate engagement and make adjustments as necessary.
- Schedule interviews directly through Olivia by clicking on "Interview Scheduling" and integrating your calendar.
