Getting started with Regie.ai

In this guide, you’ll learn how to create personalised sales sequences and prioritise leads efficiently using Regie.ai. After reading, you’ll be able to set up your account and start automating your outreach efforts.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to regie.ai.
  2. Click on the “Get Started Free” button at the top right corner.
  3. Enter your details to create an account or sign up using Google.
  4. Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your profile, including your role and company information.

Step 2: Your first sales sequence

  1. From the dashboard, click on “Create Sequence” in the main navigation menu.
  2. Choose a template from the library that fits your outreach goals or start from scratch.
  3. Customise the sequence by adding personalised messages. Click on each message to edit the text, and use placeholders (like {{FirstName}}) to personalise outreach.
  4. Set the timing for each message by clicking on the “Timing” button. Adjust the intervals between messages as needed.
  5. Once satisfied, click “Save Sequence” to finish.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the “Lead Prioritisation” feature found in the left sidebar. Upload your leads and let Regie.ai analyse intent signals.
  2. Adjust your targeting by refining filters based on industry, company size, or engagement level.
  3. Regularly check the “Analytics” tab to review the performance of your sequences. This will help you understand which messages resonate best with your audience.

Pro tip

Use the “A/B Testing” feature for your messages. Create two variations of a message and see which one performs better. This way, you can continuously optimise your outreach strategy based on actual results.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid using generic messages without personalisation. Not utilising placeholders can make your outreach feel impersonal, reducing the chances of engagement with your prospects. Always customise your messages to reflect the recipient’s interests or pain points.
