Getting started with Rippling
After reading this guide, you'll be able to set up your Rippling account and manage essential HR, IT, and finance tasks from a single platform. You'll learn how to onboard employees efficiently and streamline your workflow.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Visit Rippling's website.
- Click on the Get Started button located at the top right corner.
- Fill out the required fields with your name, email, and company details.
- Choose your plan starting at $8/user/month and proceed to set up your account.
- Follow the prompts to verify your email and log in to your new Rippling account.
Step 2: Your first employee onboarding
- Once logged in, navigate to the Employees tab on the left sidebar.
- Click on the Add Employee button.
- Enter the new employee's details, including name, email, and start date.
- Select the necessary benefits and payroll options you wish to assign.
- Check the box to enable device provisioning if you want to send any equipment automatically.
- Click Save to complete the onboarding process. Rippling will automatically take care of payroll setup and benefits enrolment.
Step 3: Get better results
- Explore the Apps section to integrate with tools your team already uses, such as Slack or Zoom.
- Use the Reports feature under the Analytics tab to track employee performance and engagement metrics.
- Set up automated reminders for employees to complete their onboarding tasks by going to Settings > Notifications.
- Regularly update your workflows in the Workflows section to ensure efficiency.
