Getting started with Silatus
In this guide, you will learn how to set up Silatus and create your first document using its chat and research capabilities. By the end, you’ll be equipped to enhance your research and writing efficiently.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to silatus.com.
- Click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Fill in the required details such as your name, email address, and password, then click "Create Account".
- Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to verify your account.
- Once verified, log in to your Silatus account.
Step 2: Your first document
- After logging in, click on "New Document" from the dashboard.
- In the document editor, you’ll see a chat interface on the right side. Type a prompt in the chat box, such as “Explain the impact of climate change on agriculture.”
- The AI will respond with an explanation. If you need more information, ask follow-up questions in the chat.
- To incorporate the AI’s responses into your document, click "Insert" next to the relevant answer.
- Format the text as needed using the toolbar above your document.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use specific prompts to guide the AI. Instead of a general question, try “List the top five effects of climate change on agriculture with examples.”
- Explore the "References" tab to see sourced materials that back the AI’s responses. This helps in ensuring accuracy.
- Regularly save your work by clicking the "Save" button at the top-right corner of the document editor.
