A practical guide to get you up and running with Simplified. Written by Delv Editorial, Delv Team.

Getting started with Simplified

In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up Simplified, create your first piece of content, and optimise your experience for better results. By the end, you’ll be ready to produce social media graphics, videos, and copy all in one place.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to simplified.com.
  2. Click on the Get Started Free button on the homepage.
  3. Enter your email and create a password, or sign up using Google or Facebook.
  4. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to your inbox.
  5. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the dashboard. Take a moment to explore the layout.

Step 2: Your first design

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Create button located at the top right.
  2. Select Social Media Post from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose a template that suits your needs or start with a blank canvas.
  4. Use the left sidebar to add elements: text, images, or videos. Click on any element to edit its content or style.
  5. Once you’re happy with your design, click the Download button in the top right to save your work, or use the Schedule feature to post directly to your social media accounts.

Step 3: Get better results

  • Experiment with the AI Writer feature by clicking on the Write tab in the left sidebar. Type in a topic or prompt, and the AI will generate content suggestions for you.
  • Use the Brand Kit feature to upload your logos and set your brand colours for consistency across all designs.
  • For video content, click on the Video tab and explore the pre-built templates to quickly create engaging videos.

Pro tip

Use the Folders feature in the left sidebar to organise your projects. This will save you time when you need to find your designs later.
