  4. After signing up, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
  5. Log in to your new account.

Step 2: Your first contract upload

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Contracts" tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the "Upload Contract" button.
  3. Select the contract file from your computer (PDF, Word, etc.) and click "Open".
  4. After the upload completes, click on the contract to open it.
  5. Use the "Analyse" button to allow Sirion to extract key information and obligations from the document. This process may take a few moments.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Explore the "Obligations" tab on the contract page to view extracted obligations.
  2. Use the "Filter" options to sort obligations by type, due date, or relevance.
  3. You can also add notes or comments by clicking on the "Add Note" button to keep track of important details.
  4. Set reminders for obligations by clicking on the "Set Reminder" option next to each obligation.

Pro tip

To save time, batch upload multiple contracts by selecting multiple files at once when using the "Upload Contract" feature. This allows you to analyse several documents in one go.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid skipping the verification step after signing up. Failing to verify your email can prevent you from accessing your account and using the platform effectively. Always check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email.
