Getting started with Skai

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up your Skai account and launch your first advertising campaign across multiple channels. By the end, you'll be ready to manage your advertising efforts more efficiently.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to skai.io.
  2. Click on the “Get Started” button on the homepage.
  3. Fill in the required fields for your account, including your name, email address, and password.
  4. After submitting, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.
  5. Once logged in, complete your profile by providing your payment information (note that Skai is a paid platform).

Step 2: Your first campaign

  1. From the dashboard, click on the “Create Campaign” button.
  2. Choose the type of campaign you want to run (Search, Social, or Retail) from the options provided.
  3. Fill in the campaign details, including the campaign name, budget, and targeting options.
  4. For ad creation, click on “Ad Groups” and then “Add New Ad” to upload your creative assets (images, videos, copy).
  5. Review your settings, then click on the “Launch” button to start your campaign.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Regularly check the “Performance” tab for insights on how your campaigns are doing.
  2. Use the “Optimisation” tools to adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data.
  3. Experiment with A/B testing by creating variations of your ads to see which performs better.
  4. Set up alerts under the “Notifications” menu to stay informed about key metrics.

Pro tip

Use the “Bulk Upload” feature to save time when creating multiple ads. Prepare a CSV file with all your ad details and upload it in one go instead of creating each ad individually.

Common mistake to avoid

Don't skip the targeting options when setting up your campaign. Incorrect targeting can lead to wasted budget and poor performance. Always double-check your audience settings before launching.
