How to Use Snov.io

Getting started with Snov.io

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Go to snov.io.
2. Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
3. Choose to sign up with your Google account or enter your email and create a password.
4. After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
5. Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with various tools available.

Step 2: Your first email finder

1. From the dashboard, click on Email Finder in the left sidebar.
2. Enter the name and domain of the company you want to find emails for in the search fields.
3. Click the Search button.
4. Browse the results and select the email addresses you want to save.
5. Click on the Add to List button to save the selected emails to your contacts.

Step 3: Get better results

1. Use the Email Verifier tool, found in the left sidebar, to check the validity of the emails you’ve gathered.
2. Simply paste the email addresses into the input box and click Verify. This will help ensure your outreach is effective.
3. For drip campaigns, navigate to Drip Campaigns in the sidebar, click Create Campaign, and follow the prompts to set up your sequence.
4. Use personalisation tokens (like {{first_name}}) in your emails for better engagement.

Common mistake to avoid
