Getting started with SocialBee

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up SocialBee for managing your social media posts effectively. You'll organise your content into categories and use the AI Copilot to create engaging posts quickly.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to SocialBee's website.
  2. Click on the Get Started Free button on the homepage.
  3. Fill in your details to create your account or sign up using Google.
  4. Once registered, follow the prompts to set up your profile, including connecting your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) via the Connections tab in the dashboard.

Step 2: Your first post

  1. From the dashboard, click on the Content tab.
  2. Select Categories and create at least three categories (e.g. Promotions, Tips, Engagement).
  3. Go back to the Content tab and click on Add New Post.
  4. Choose a category for your post, then enter your text in the Post Content box.
  5. To use the AI Copilot, click on the AI Suggestions button to generate captions or visuals.
  6. After editing, click on Schedule to select the date and time for posting. Confirm by clicking Schedule Post.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the Recycle Posts feature found under the Categories section to ensure your best content gets reposted periodically.
  2. Experiment with different posting times using the Analytics tab to track engagement metrics and adjust your schedule accordingly.
  3. Make use of the Content Library to store images or links for easy access when creating posts.

Pro tip

Use the Bulk Upload feature in the Content tab to upload multiple posts at once. This can save you a lot of time when planning your content calendar.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid skipping the category setup. If you don't organise your posts into categories, your content scheduling will become chaotic and you may struggle with consistency in your posting strategy.
