Getting started with Sourcely

In this guide, you’ll learn how to quickly find academic sources and manage citations using Sourcely. You'll be able to paste your text, analyse it for citation needs, and access a vast database of research papers.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to Sourcely's website.
  2. Click on the “Sign Up” button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Fill in the required details, including your email and a password, then click “Create Account”.
  4. Check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account.

  3. Copy and paste your research text into this box.
  4. Click the “Analyse” button below the text box.
