Getting started with SpotDraft
In this guide, you'll learn how to set up SpotDraft and manage contracts efficiently, saving your legal team time and reducing errors. By the end, you will be able to draft, review, and manage contracts with ease.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to SpotDraft's website.
- Click on the "Get Started" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Fill in your details to create an account. If your team is eligible, you may be able to start with a free trial.
- Confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your new SpotDraft account.
Step 2: Your first contract draft
- Once logged in, navigate to the “Contracts” tab on the left sidebar.
- Click on the “New Contract” button.
- Choose a template from the available options or upload an existing contract document.
- Use the AI-driven features to fill in details. Click on sections to edit or add information.
- After completing the draft, click “Save” and then “Send for Review” to share it with your team.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the “AI Insights” feature to get suggestions on terms and clauses. This can help you identify potential risks and improve contract quality.
- Regularly explore the “Analytics” section for insights on contract performance and timelines.
- Set reminders for contract renewals by clicking on “Notifications” in the settings, ensuring you never miss important dates.
