Getting started with T3 Chat

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up T3 Chat and use it to interact with multiple AI models like GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini. By the end, you'll be able to switch between these models effortlessly and get the answers you need.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Go to T3 Chat.
2. Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and create a password, or use a social login option if available.
4. Confirm your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
5. Log in to your new account.

Step 2: Your first chat

1. Once logged in, you'll see a clean interface with a chat box.
2. At the top of the chat box, you’ll find a dropdown menu to select your AI model. Click on it and choose GPT-4 to start.
3. Type your question or prompt in the chat box and hit Enter.
4. Review the response generated by GPT-4. If you want to try a different model, return to the dropdown menu and select Claude or Gemini.
5. Repeat the process to compare answers from different models.

Step 3: Get better results

1. Be specific in your prompts. Instead of asking, “Tell me about AI,” try “What are the benefits of using AI in healthcare?”
2. Use the Model Settings (if available) to adjust parameters like creativity or response length for more tailored answers.
3. Experiment with switching models for the same question to see different perspectives or styles of answers.

Pro tip

Use the Favourites feature (if available) to save responses you find particularly useful. This allows you to quickly refer back to them later without having to re-ask the question.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid vague questions or prompts. The more specific you are, the better the AI will understand your request and provide relevant information.
