Getting started with UXPilot
In this guide, you'll learn how to create high-fidelity wireframes and UI designs quickly using UXPilot. By the end, you will be able to generate designs from prompts and optimise your workflow.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to uxpilot.ai.
- Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and create a password, or sign up using a Google account.
- Verify your email if prompted.
- Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard where you can start creating designs.
Step 2: Your first design
- On the dashboard, click the "Create New Project" button.
- Choose a project type (e.g., "Web App" or "Mobile App").
- In the prompt box, type a description of the design you want, such as "a login page with email and password fields."
- Click the "Generate" button.
- Wait a few moments for UXPilot to create your wireframe. Once done, you can view and edit the design elements directly on the canvas.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use specific prompts for better outcomes. Instead of "a settings page," try "a settings page with toggle switches for notifications and a dark mode option."
- Explore the "Templates" section to find pre-made components that fit your design needs.
- Adjust styles by clicking on the elements and using the right sidebar to change colours, fonts, and layouts.
