How to Use VEED.io

Getting started with VEED.io

In this guide, you'll learn how to create and edit videos using VEED.io, including adding subtitles and removing backgrounds. You'll be ready to produce polished video content in minutes.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Go to VEED.io.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
3. Choose to sign up with your email or through Google/Facebook.
4. Once signed up, you can start using the free tier, which includes basic editing features but adds a watermark to your videos.

Step 2: Your first video edit

1. On the dashboard, click on the "New Project" button.
2. Upload your video by clicking "Upload Video" or drag and drop your file into the upload area.
3. Once your video is uploaded, you’ll see it in the editor. To add subtitles, click on the "Subtitles" tab on the left menu.
4. Select "Auto-Subtitle" and choose your video language. Click "Generate" to create subtitles automatically.

6. To remove the background, click on the "Effects" tab and select "Background Remover." Follow the prompts to apply this effect.
7. When you’re happy with your video, click the "Export" button in the top right corner to download it.
