Getting started with Vidyo.ai

In this guide, you'll learn how to use Vidyo.ai to transform long videos into engaging short clips perfect for social media. By the end, you'll be able to create shareable content quickly and easily.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

1. Go to vidyo.ai.
2. Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
3. Choose the Free Tier option to start with 75 minutes of video processing per month.
4. Fill in your details and create an account. You may need to verify your email address.
5. Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard.

Step 2: Your first video clip

1. On the dashboard, click on the Upload Video button.
2. Select a long video file from your device (up to 75 minutes for the free tier).
3. After the upload completes, Vidyo.ai will automatically analyse the video.
4. Once processing is finished, you’ll see a list of suggested clips. Click on a clip to preview it.
5. If you like a clip, click the Download button to save it or the Share button to post it directly to your social media accounts.

Step 3: Get better results

1. To refine your clips, use the Custom Settings option before uploading your video. Here, you can adjust the length of clips or specify keywords to focus on.
2. Experiment with different video lengths and settings to see which clips perform best on your chosen platforms.
3. Regularly check the Analytics section to understand which clips are getting the most engagement and adjust your content strategy accordingly.
