Pro tip

Set up Zia notifications by going to the “Settings” menu in Zoho CRM and enabling alerts for sales predictions and anomaly detection. This way, you’ll receive timely updates without having to check manually.

Common mistake to avoid

Don’t overlook the importance of training Zia with historical data. Ensure you’ve input enough past data into your Zoho apps, as Zia relies on this to provide accurate predictions and insights. Skipping this step can lead to less effective recommendations.
