Getting started with Brand24
After reading this guide, you'll be able to set up your Brand24 account, track brand mentions across the web, and monitor social media in real time.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Brand24's website.
- Click on the “Start free trial” button located at the top right corner.
- Fill in your details (name, email, password) or sign up using your Google account.
- Choose a plan that suits your needs. The Individual plan is $119/month for tracking 3 keywords. You can start with the free trial for 14 days.
- Confirm your email address through the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your new Brand24 account.
Step 2: Your first project
- Once logged in, click on the “Create Project” button on the dashboard.
- Enter a project name and the keywords you want to track (e.g., your brand name).
- Choose the sources you want to monitor: Social Media, News, Blogs, and Forums. Select all that apply.
- Click “Create Project” to start monitoring.
- Wait a few moments for Brand24 to gather data. You’ll see mentions populate on your dashboard.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use filters to narrow down your results. Click on the “Mentions” tab and use the filters on the left to sort by sentiment, source, or date.
- Set up alerts by clicking on the “Settings” icon in your project dashboard. Choose how often you want to receive notifications (daily, weekly, etc.).
- Engage with your audience directly from the platform by clicking on mentions to respond or share insights.
