Getting started with Frase
In this guide, you'll learn how to quickly set up Frase and create your first SEO-optimised article based on top search engine results. By the end, you'll be able to generate content briefs that help your writing rank higher.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Frase's website.
- Click on the "Get Started" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Choose a plan: the Solo plan at $15/month allows you to create 4 articles. Fill in your email and create a password to sign up.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your account and complete your profile if prompted.
Step 2: Your first article
- Once logged in, click on the "Content" tab in the left sidebar.
- Click the “New Document” button.
- Enter your target keyword in the search bar and hit "Enter."
- Frase will generate a content brief based on top SERP results. Review the sections, headings, and questions it suggests.
- Use the "Outline" feature to drag and drop sections to create your desired structure.
- Click on the "Write" button to start drafting your article within the editor.
Step 3: Get better results
- After drafting, use the "SEO" tab to see optimisation suggestions based on your content and the top-ranking articles.
- Pay attention to the "Content Score" which indicates how well your article is optimised. Aim for a score of 80 or above.
- Use the "Add Questions" feature to include common queries related to your topic, enhancing relevance.
- Regularly update your content based on new SERP data by clicking the "Update" button in your document.
