Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the “Board”, “List”, or “Timeline” views to visualise your tasks in a way that suits your workflow. Switch views using the tabs at the top of your project.
  2. Explore the “Analytics” section in the sidebar to gain insights into productivity trends. Here, you can see workload distribution and task completion rates.
  3. Set reminders for tasks by clicking on the task and selecting “Set Reminder” to stay on track.
  4. Use filters to sort tasks by status, due date, or assignee for better organisation.

Pro tip

Explore the “Templates” section to save time on repetitive tasks. You can create a project template that includes pre-defined tasks, deadlines, and assignees, allowing you to set up new projects quickly.

Common mistake to avoid

Many users forget to set task due dates, which can lead to missed deadlines. Always ensure that each task has a due date to keep your project on track.
