Getting started with Leexi
With Leexi, you can effortlessly transcribe your meetings and gain valuable insights into conversation dynamics. This guide will get you set up and ready to enhance your meeting productivity in just a few minutes.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Leexi's website.
- Click on the “Get Started” button on the homepage.
- Choose the “Sign Up” option, and fill in your details or use a Google account for quicker access.
- Once signed up, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to activate your account.
Step 2: Your first meeting transcription
- Log in to your Leexi account.
- Click on the “New Meeting” button in the dashboard.
- Enter the meeting details: title, date, time, and duration.
- Select the “Record” option to start capturing the conversation.
- After the meeting, click on “Stop Recording.” Leexi will automatically transcribe the audio and save it.
- Navigate to the “Transcriptions” tab to view and edit the notes if necessary.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the “Analytics” feature found in the left sidebar to view insights such as talk ratios and engagement levels.
- Adjust your meeting settings by clicking on the “Settings” gear icon. Here, you can enable features like “Speaker Identification” for clearer transcriptions.
- Regularly review your past meetings under the “History” tab to track improvements and identify areas for better engagement.
