- Go to Moveworks website.
- Click on the "Request a Demo" button in the top right corner.
- Fill in the form with your details, including your name, email, and company information.
- Submit the form and wait for a representative to contact you to set up your account.
Step 2: Your first request
- Once your account is set up, log in to the Moveworks platform.
- You will see a chat interface. Type your request in the chat box, such as "I need help with my password reset."
- Moveworks will analyse your request and respond with the necessary steps or direct you to the appropriate resources.
- Follow the instructions provided by the AI assistant to resolve your issue.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use clear and specific language when making requests. For example, instead of saying "I have a problem," specify the problem, like "I can't access my email."
- Take advantage of the suggested prompts that Moveworks provides after your initial query. They often lead to quicker resolutions.
