In this guide, you'll learn how to set up Superlist, create your first collaborative to-do list, and get the most out of its AI task breakdown and meeting notes features.Step 1: Sign up and set up
- Go to Superlist's website.
- Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and create a password or sign up using a Google account.
- Confirm your email address through the link sent to your inbox.
- Once logged in, you'll be taken to your dashboard, where you can start creating lists.
Step 2: Your first to-do list
- On your dashboard, click the “+ New List” button.
- Name your list (e.g., "Project Tasks").
- To add tasks, click on the “+ Add Task” button.
- Type in your task and press Enter to save it.
- For AI task breakdown, create a task with a brief description (e.g., "Plan marketing strategy") and click on the "AI Breakdown" option that appears.
- Review the broken-down tasks and adjust them as needed.
Step 3: Get better results
- Use the “Meeting Notes” feature by clicking on the “+ New Note” button in your list.
- As you take notes, you can tag tasks directly from your notes by typing "@" followed by the task name.
- Explore the “Filters” option to organise tasks by priority or due date.
- Regularly update your tasks by checking them off and adding new ones.
