Getting started with Taskade

In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up Taskade and create your first AI agent to manage projects efficiently. By the end, you'll be able to automate tasks and streamline your workflow.

Step 1: Sign up and set up

  1. Go to Taskade's website.
  2. Click on the "Get Started Free" button.
  3. Sign up using your email or through Google/Apple.
  4. Once signed in, choose the "Free Plan" to access 150 AI tasks per month.

Step 2: Your first AI agent

  1. On the dashboard, click the "Create New Project" button.
  2. Select a template or start from scratch.
  3. Click on the "AI Agent" icon in the sidebar.
  4. Choose a task type, such as "Sprint Planning".
  5. Enter your project details and click "Create Agent".
  6. Review the settings and adjust as needed, then click "Deploy Agent".

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Regularly update your project details and objectives within the agent.
  2. Use the "Task Breakdown" feature to split larger tasks into smaller, manageable ones.
  3. Set deadlines and assign tasks to the AI agent for optimal time management.
  4. Monitor the agent's performance and make adjustments based on the results.

Take advantage of the "Recurring Tasks" feature. This allows you to automate repetitive tasks, saving you time in the long run.

Common mistake to avoid
