  4. Check your email for a verification link, and click it to activate your account.
  5. Log in to your new account.

Step 2: Your first report

  1. After logging in, click on the Create Report button on the dashboard.
  2. Select a template from the available options or start with a blank report.
  3. Use the Add Data Source button to connect to your desired platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  4. Follow the prompts to authorise access to your data. Make sure to grant the necessary permissions.
  5. Once connected, drag and drop the metrics you want to include from the left sidebar into your report layout.
  6. Customise the visual elements (charts, tables) as needed by clicking on them and adjusting settings in the right sidebar.
  7. Click Save to store your report, then use the Share button to send it to your team or clients.

Step 3: Get better results

  • Use the Filters option at the top of your report to focus on specific metrics or time periods.
  • Explore the Settings gear icon to adjust the report’s layout, colours, and fonts for better branding.
  • Regularly check the Data Refresh settings to ensure your report always displays the latest information.

Pro tip

Set up scheduled reports under the Share menu. This way, you can automate the delivery of reports to stakeholders, saving you time on manual sending.

Common mistake to avoid

Many users forget to check the permissions when connecting data sources. Ensure that you authorise all necessary access for Whatagraph to pull in your data correctly.
