  2. To start a new conversation, click on the "New Message" button (usually a pencil icon) located in the top left corner.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
  4. Type your message in the chat box at the bottom and hit "Send".
  5. You can add attachments using the paperclip icon if needed.

Step 3: Get better results

  1. Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific conversations by sender or keyword.
  2. Create groups for team discussions by clicking "New Group" and adding multiple contacts.
  3. Customise notifications by clicking on your profile picture, selecting "Settings", then "Notifications" to adjust your preferences.
  4. Use the "Snooze" feature on messages to temporarily hide them and bring them back later.

Pro tip

Take advantage of Spike's "Priority Inbox" feature by marking important conversations. This will help you focus on what matters most and reduce distractions.

Common mistake to avoid

Avoid ignoring the "Settings" menu after your initial setup. Many users miss out on customising notifications and preferences that can enhance their experience. Take a moment to explore these options to tailor Spike to your needs.
